Pabe in the plates is a real restaurant of Portuguese gastronomy .
It sometimes borrows from the French cuisine, but this is an already ancient influence in Lusitanian gastronomy.
You can taste the great classics, the octopus a la Lagareiro, the grilled cod and its accompaniment of beans and purslane, the rice with lobster, the fillet of sea bass à la portugaise. On the meat side, one of the few places where we serve a chateaubriand, a fondant steak tartare, suckling pig in orange sauce.
